Ashley & Justin were married on a perfect fall day in October 2011 at The King Edward Hotel, a gorgeous venue which proved it’s worth during some of our photo shoot. Ashley & Justin opted for a First Look before the ceremony, which I believe are a wonderful moment shared between the bride and groom. Look at Ashley’s reaction to seeing her groom for the first time. Absolutely perfect! The couple had a beautiful and intimate reception at The Rosewater Room which was stunningly decorated.

Ashley & Justin October 15th 2011
The forecast that day called for rain which can make couples nervous about their shoot, but it didn’t hold us back. The rain assisted our team in getting great creative wedding photos. Our team loves a challenge. It also helped that Ashley and Justin were up for anything.
Tip: Bride’s who aren’t afraid to get their dress a little dirty always get the best images
.
I particularly love this shoot because of the downtown feel. We love the city of Toronto. It has been confirmed to us even more since our studio’s recent move into the heart of the city. We are looking forward to becoming even more acquainted with all the little hidden treasures that are everywhere in this city to shoot in.
It is obvious from the photos that they are totally in love. Just check out that “first look” sequence. When I was proofing their images, I felt like I was there watching it happen. I couldn’t help but smile to myself. The “look of love” never gets old.
Congrats Ashley and Justin!
